Matters to be considered when sending a paper;
Papers will only be accepted through the conference official e-mail address

Conference language is English and Turkish
Papers should be prepared either English or Turkish, in accordance with grammar rules.
Evaluation Process of Papers
Papers will be evaluated by the referees in the scientific committee of the conference.
Papers will be evaluated by double-blind peer-review process.
After the papers go through the evaluation process, the acceptance and rejection of the papers will be notified to the authors, and corrections will be requested when necessary.
Accepted papers will be presented at the conference.
When sending your papers to the e-mail, please provide if the presentation will be poster or oral and the corresponding author information.

Paper Presentation
Papers will be presented orally or as a poster.
Papers can be submitted in English or in Turkish.
Oral presentations will be prepared and presented electronically ( Just accepted PowerPoint 16/9 format ).
Oral Papers
A session will be scheduled for topics involving similar topics.
The presentation time for oral presentations is determined as 10 minutes.

Poster Papers
The maximum size of the posters should be 70 cm (27 inch) (width) x 90 cm (36 inch) (height) and the posters should be in one piece.
Authors should bring their own printed poster with them to the conference.
All text on the posters should be given using an easy-to-read font.
The title of the poster should be written in bold, and the name of the author who will present the poster should be underlined.
The posters should be placed at the holders assigned (marked by the organizer) on the day when the corresponding poster session is scheduled. The posters should be removed after the end of the poster session.

Abstract Rules:

Individuals may submit and present only one abstract.

Individuals can co-author multiple abstracts.

Font: Times New Roman, size 12, single-spaced.

Title: Clear and concise (max 20 words).

Authors: Full names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors.

Abstracts body: Should be 350 words or less.
-
Integral parts of an Abstract for Original Research are: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

Keywords: Up to 5 relevant keywords.
